Q. Do you have a real store?
A. Yes, we are not only an online retailer but we have an actual store
in Memphis, TN! The website is simply an extension of the store! You must stop by if you're in town!
Q. Where are you located in Memphis?
A. You can find us in the heart of the Cooper-Young District in midtown
Memphis at 895 S. Cooper St., (901) 276-1930.
Q. What are your hours?
A. We are open Tuesday-Thursday 11-6, Friday-Saturday 11-7, and Sunday
1-5. Sorry, we are closed Monday. Gotta rest sometime!
Q. I tried finding you but I’m lost!
A. We are at the intersection of Cooper St. and Oliver, one block north
of Young Ave., next to Celtic Crossing Irish Restaurant. We are in a green house and our entrance is AROUND THE LEFT SIDE. Look for any of our
four signs and follow the path back to our shop! OR, simply park your car
and walk to 895 S. Cooper St. We are definitely there! Trust us.
Q. I'm visiting from out of town. Can I have directions?
A. Of Course!
From the West, Downtown & Sun Records: Drive east on Union Ave. to Cooper St. Turn right and cross Central Ave., drive under the train tracks to 895 S. Cooper St., located on your right-hand side. We are next to Celtic Crossing Irish Restaurant, just on the other side of the wooden fence.
From the East: Drive west on Poplar Ave. or Walnut Grove/Union Ave. to Cooper St. Turn left and cross Central Ave., drive under the train tracks to 895 S. Cooper St., located on your right-hand side. We are next to Celtic Crossing Irish Restaurant, just on the other side of the wooden fence.
From I-55, I-40, & I-240: If you are on I-55 or I-40, pick up I-240, which is a loop, and get off at the Airways exit. Drive north, cross the overpass and make a left on Young Ave. The next traffic light is Cooper St., turn right and less than one block on the left is 895 S. Cooper St. We are next to Celtic Crossing Irish Restaurant, just on the other side of the wooden fence.
Ordering
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover. You do not have to have a Paypal account but you can also pay via
Paypal. All credit card transactions are processed online through our secure
server and processor. If you are not comfortable using your credit card
for online purchases, please feel free to call us directly. We accept money orders, please email us for more information. Remember, if
you are a TN resident, you will be charged sales tax.
Q. But I don't have a credit card!

Q. Can I order over the phone?
A. Of course! We enjoy and even encourage phone orders, especially for
rush items. We can take your order and help you with sizing, gift ideas,
and any other questions at (901) 276-1930 Tues-Sun 11AM-6PM CST. If you
get our machine, leave a message. We promise, we WILL call you back!
Q. How do I find out the status of an order?
A. We can let you know through the email address you provided with your
order.
Q: What happens if items are backordered?
A: We will let you know as soon as we can. At that point you have the option
to either cancel your order and receive a full refund, or wait until the
item arrives. The choice is yours.
Q. Can you special order something for me?
A. Maybe. We can check, it can't hurt to ask!
Q. What size do I wear in your brands?
A. Every brand runs differently. If you really have no clue what size to

Q. How secure is your site?
A. We use a secure server so there's no need to worry!
Shipping
Q. What’s it going to cost me to get my order?
A. Depends on how much stuff you're getting! We ship our packages via USPS PRIORITY MAIL so you get your stuff faster!
Q. How long will it take to get my stuff?
A. If in stock, your order is processed within 24 to 48
hours. We pride ourselves on getting your order out to you fast so you’ll
like us and shop with us again! However, holiday time or various busy times
for us in Memphis (such as Elvis Week) means that your item may be out
of stock. In those instances, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU. If you need to receive
your order by a specific date, please note that on your order, too. If
your date cannot be met, you will be notified. Otherwise, shipping will
take an additional 3-5 BUSINESS days, NOT typical days.
Q. Can I get it faster?
A. Sure, but it will cost you! We now offer Express Shipping and you will receive your stuff the day after we ship it! We will have your order processed the same day, if possible, but definately on the next business day, in order to meet your deadline.
International Orders
Q. Do you accept foreign orders?
A. We will ship to Canada, Europe, Austrailia & Japan as well as other foreign countries. Note however, that foreign
orders are scrutinized very closely due to a particularly high level of
fraud amongst certain unstable regions. Additional shipping charges will apply and may be added as a separate transaction.
Q. Why won't you accept orders from Indonesia/ Malaysia/ Singapore/ Romania/
Russia etc?
A. Unless you've been under an internet rock, you know that these are hotbeds
of fraudulent activity. Until the system gets better, the honest people
in those places are probably going to be shut out along with the cheats.
Q. Where's my stuff!
A. If you're an international customer, we occasionally hear of delays
in different customs areas, so please be patient and let us know and we'll
find out whatever we can to help. Your order should arrive in 10 business days but please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
Policies
Q. What is your return policy?
A. A copy of the Return Policy and Instructions is sent with every order. We will happily help you with any merchandise that you want to return or
exchange but, there are a few stipulations:
1. No Refunds....We do exchanges and store credit only.
2. All returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days from date of sale,
must be accompanied by the original receipt and item must be in perfect,
unworn condition with tags still in place. This means no vomit, no pet
hair, no long green hairs, or any other form of human waste attached
to it, it can’t smell like cigarette smoke and better not have
been washed.
3. We will not reimburse for shipping & handling charges on returns,
and will also charge shipping & handling on exchanges.
4. If you are returning a non-garment item because it is damaged or broken,
we will examine the item(s) and then determine if it should be turned in
as a claim to our shipping service.
5. Sale/Clearance items, undergarments, bathing suits, buttons, patches, & stickers
are not returnable.
Tear It Up is not responsible if your return package is lost on its way back to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable service like UPS or FEDEX, or use delivery confirmation through USPS.
